WahdahWorks® offer first come first serve basis. Please make sure that you are a serious buyer. Whoever keeps silent 48 hours after submitting an order will be blackout from WahdahWorks®. Please inform WahdahWorks® earlier if you want to cancel your order. The picture shown might be slightly different from what you’ll receive due to the lighting. Please understand that item published at WahdahWorks® are ORIGINAL-REJECTED items unless stated as we also sell ORIGINAL NEW IN BOX items. For ORIGINAL REJECTED items, even though the perfumes are 100% original, DO NOT expects the condition to be 100% excellent and flawless as counter perfumes.
WahdahWorks® allows reservation to a certain condition. All reservation or on hold items will be asked for a minimum RM 30 per item. This reservation VALID FOR 1 WEEK from payment done. WahdahWorks® have the rights to let go the item if no settlement payment done. For pre-order items, customer must at least pay minimum 75% from total to avoid blackout. Please allow 7-10 days to deliver.
WahdahWorks® will NOT be responsible for any losses or broken during delivery process as WahdahWorks® will make sure that we’ll safely pack your order. All GOODS SOLD are not RETURNABLE unless there’s a strong reason to do so such as wrong item sent or wrong quantity sent. We do not accept subjective reasons for return/exchange such as not good looking, not up to expectation, changing mind, etc. There will be no exchange after we have packed your order. In order to return the item/s, please make sure that the item never been used and in its original condition as we sent to you. DO NOT USE if u wish to return or refund it. Buyer should report defective of goods within 1 day after received. In the exchange process, shipping fees are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for all the shipping cost.
All prices displayed are including postage unless stated. Please determine the condition of perfume to avoid misunderstanding. There will be a little discount only for customer who asked for it and during promotion period only and subject to terms and condition itself. In WahdahWorks® ORDER FORM, we have specifies a space for you to choose if the item ordered were out of stock on the day that payment made. If you choose to stick with your previous order, please allow 5 days for us to restock the item. If there are two customers who order the same item, we will identify the earliest customers who made the payment first.
WahdahWorks only use POSLAJU for deliver. We only deliver item on Monday and Thursday only. If the day is a public holiday, delivery will be postponed to the next day which is not a public holiday. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery after we verify your payment. It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office box. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. We will not be responsible if delivery team were unable to deliver your item. Please patiently wait for your arrival and sent an inquiry if your item didn’t reach you within 1 week.
After the payment is done, you are required to inform us about the payment that was made together with the evidence of payment. If you do not inform us of your payment, we will not be responsible if your order does not arrive or arrive late. For those who made payment via cash deposit, please e-mail to wahdahworks@gmail.com the details of transaction. All account number will be providing once we received your order form. If you do send us an inquiry, please allow some times for us to reply as we might busy and need to entertain our customer.
